1. How - Went to the gym today, yesterday and the fay before
2. Why - Found my faith in Jesus. Now he is taking all my decisions and I am just following him. Better have faith in a god that has factual, scientific and archaological evidence than just killing in the name of Jihador / Ram Rahim.
Reason 2- Want to get fit till Valentines. Come on guys/gals everyone wants a 6 packs or size 0 (in case of girls) on at least one of the valentines day in college or school.
